According to Google a glitch is...
plural noun: glitches
1. a sudden, usually temporary malfunction or irregularity of equipment."
"a draft version was lost in a computer glitch".
We often talk about computer glitches in computer lab...because we have several of them! A page freezes, you can't hear any sound when you should, a page takes too long to load - are all examples of possible computer glitches.
This week we are talking about a simple quick solution to a glitch - Refresh.
In Internet Explorer to Refresh your page you can click on the symbol below.
Another option - if you are like me and like to use your mouse as little as possible - is to press the F5 key on your keyboard, which is a keyboard shortcut for Refresh.
Refreshing your Browser does not always fix EVERY glitch, but you will be surprised at how many it actually does fix! If you are not able to refresh your screen sometimes it takes actually closing (or "X'ing out") and going back in.
Hopefully today you are glitch free and you can have fun and stay safe online with no interruptions!
